Abstract:Syringofibroadenoma is a rare adnexal tumor which is derived from the acrosyringial cells of the eccrine ducts. The presentation of this lesion is variable and nonspecific, making the diagnosis, based off presentation alone, difficult. With a wide differential, more information is necessary in order to properly diagnose. Histopathological findings for syringofibroademona have distinct pathological features. Histological features are reviewed and options for treatment are discussed.
