System Approach to Formation of Primary Information When Conducting Research of Technical Means

Abstract

When studying the means of mechanizing the removal of cut or felled undesirable vegetation, it was found that there is no information in the scientific and reference literature about the systematization of these technical means. The article discusses the issues of substantiation of the principles of formation of the primary sample of data in the study of these means of mechanization.
