“…This overestimation can be explained by the lack of consideration of effect of oxygen-containing species adsorbed on the Pt surface area, which contributed to decrease in cell performance in the high-potential region (Damjanovic and Brusic, 1967;Sepa et al, 1981;Limjeerajarus et al, 2008).
