Systematic Review of Varied Exercise Programs on Body Composition and Physical Fitness for Firefighters

Abstract: OBJECTIVES Firefighting is one of the most hazardous, physically demanding professions that must possess relatively high levels of physical fitness to perform in a safe and efficient manner.
