Abstract: The Lesser Sunda Archipelago is one of the world's most tectonically complex regions and hosts a unique assemblage of amphibian species. Paddy frogs (genus Fejervarya) occur throughout the region, but the systematic position and distribution of each constituent species remains unclear.
