Abstract: Topical antifungals may be considered to treat onychomycosis with minimal risk of systemic side effects. In this study, we assess the safety, tolerability, systemic exposure, and pharmacokinetic characteristics of topical terbinafine hydrochloride 10% solution (MOB015B) in adults with moderate-to-severe onychomycosis.
