Systemic sclerosis and tachycardia–bradycardia syndrome: a case report

Abstract: Background Systemic sclerosis is a multisystemic character autoimmune disease. It is characterized by vascular dysfunction and progressive fibrosis affecting mainly the skin but also different internal organs.
