Szubjektív munkajellemzők és munkával való elégedettség Európában

Abstract: ABSZTRAKTTanulmányunkban a munkával való elégedettséget meghatározó tényezőket vizsgáljuk a European Social Survey 5. hullámának segítségével (27 országból n=15 875 fő). Eredményeink szerint a szubjektív munkajellemzők erősebb kapcsolatban állnak a munkával való elégedettséggel, mint az objektív munkajellemzők: különösen a munkaidő és szabadidő összeegyeztethetősége, a változatos munka és az előrelépési lehetőség függ össze erősen az elégedettséggel. “…Besides a short analysis, a recent study is highlighted here giving a good example on how these issues may be investigated and providing some interesting results. A recent work by Hajdu and Hajdu presents a concise study on work satisfaction and its components on a European sample using the fifth wave (run in 2010) of the ESS (Hajdu & Hajdu, 2014). The sample size in Hungary in this wave was 521 and the country is ranked in the mid-range for work related satisfaction with the average of 7.21 on a 10 level scale.…”
