Abstract: T-large granular lymphocytic leukemia (T-LGLL) is a rare lymphoproliferative disorder. The diagnosis is established by identifying an abnormally high number of clonal granular T lymphocytes in the peripheral blood and eventually in the bone marrow, in cases with medullary infiltration.
