“…Also, in order to increase the measurement quality of the survey, eight cognitive interviews and four usability tests were conducted during the pretest phase of the questionnaires to individuals from different educational backgrounds and genders. Based on the AAPOR’s response distribution rate calculations [ 35 ], the cooperation rate was 88.8%, the response rate was 66.5%, and the refusal rate was 8.3%.
