Abstract:Thin-film light-emitting diodes ͑LEDs͒ containing solution-processed ZnO nanocrystals ͑NCs͒ were prepared as printed electronics. The electroluminescent ͑EL͒ properties of thin-film LEDs were investigated along with the structural and photoluminescence ͑PL͒ properties of the ZnO NCs.
