Abstract:The article discusses problems of early diagnosis and, accordingly, treatment of hepatorenal syndrome (HRS) in case of obstructive jaundice of blastomatous origin. The results of a comprehensive examination of 37 patients with blastomatous obstructive jaundice (OJ) with clinical and laboratory signs of HRS were analyzed.
