Abstract: Bacterial corneal ulcers in patients with comorbid pathology are a complex clinical situation with a high risk of complications — corneal perforation. The article presents four clinical cases of bacterial corneal ulcers in patients with chronic latent sinusitis. The publication discusses the issues of diagnostic tactics, provides an analysis of the results of instrumental and laboratory tests in each case. The results of corneal ulcer therapy are presented taking into account antibioticograms.
