Abstract:Background: Tagraxofusp, a CD123 based targeted immunotherapy, was recently approved to treat blastic plasmacytoid dendritic cell neoplasm (BPDCN) with excellent response. Also, a subset of BPDCN showed resistance to tagraxofusp.
