Taguchi Metoduyla Belirlenen Kaynak Parametrelerinin API 5L X65 Boru Birleştirmelerinde Radyografik ve Makrografik İncelemeleri

Abstract: Bu çalışmada Taguchi metoduyla belirlenen parametreler dâhilinde kaynak işlemine tabi tutulan API 5L X65 boru birleştirmelerinin floroskopik incelemelerinden elde edilen radyografi görüntüleri ve optik mikroskop ile görüntülenen birleştirmelerin kaynak bölgesi makroyapıları incelenmiştir. Elde edilen radyografi ve makrografik görüntülerinden yukarıdan aşağı yönde bazik elektrodla düşük amper değerlerinde birleştirilen malzemelerde yetersiz ergime, birleşme noksanlığı gibi hataların oluştuğu görülürken, bu birl… Show more

“…While it gives efficient results for controllable factors, it creates an insensitive process in combinations of uncontrollable variables and noise factors [10]. While the Taguchi experimental design optimization method provides high quality process, performance and product development, it gives simple and successful results in solving the problem with a smaller number of experiments [11,12]. The competitive approach in the automotive sector aims to prevent the energy and raw material losses and to increase product quality.…”
