Tai Chi, Qigong, and Their Impact on Weight Loss

Abstract: This study examined the effectiveness of tai chi and qigong on weight loss by summarizing the results of several studies that compared these Chinese exercises. Some studies found that tai chi and qigong were significantly more effective in weight reduction than traditional exercises.
