Abstract: 2EGEP-POSS and 4EGEP-POSS with larger cage size and lower functionality were synthesised to copolymeize with cyanate ester (CE) resin. The CE/2(or 4)EGEP-POSS hybrid resins exhibit remarkable toughness and low-dielectric characteristics.
