“…Los corticoides son el grupo de medicamentos más utilizados para controlar la enfermedad activa y lograr la remisión, pudiendo usarse bolos de Metilprednisolona y corticoides orales a dosis altas para luego continuar con descenso progresivo, por largo tiempo.
