Takayasu’s arteritis in a child with prolonged fever. Differential diagnosis. Clinical case analysis

Abstract: Takayasu’s arteritis is a chronic granulomatous arteritis with predominant involvement of the aorta and its main branches. It occurs both in youth and childhood, manifests between the ages of 10 and 30 years, female patients predominate.
