Taking decisions in the diagnostic intelligent systems on the basis information from an artificial neural network

Abstract: Abstract. This paper presents a method to control an operation process of a complex technical object, with the use of trivalent diagnostic information. Also, a general diagram of the complex technical object was presented, and its internal structure was described. A diagnostic analysis was conducted, as a result of which sets of the functional elements of the object and its diagnostic signals were determined. Also, the methodology of the diagnostic examination of the technical system was presented. The result … Show more

“…This paper presents operation of a selected FFS with a concentrated structure, with a loop-type line with coinciding sensors. At the beginning of operation (after commissioning), the system displays a significant decrease of the reliability function R(t) -the so called "system infancy" [10,11,20,25]. The decrease rate is S SR (t) = 6,2452E-7.…”

“…Values of the characteristics stabilise at the required level of R(t) and K g (t) functions subsequentlyduring system operation - Fig. 8b) -the so called "normal operation" [2,5,6,9,10,11,21]. At FSS operation time of t = 11 [h], R(t) = 0,999992958.…”

“…It usually takes a value equal to 1.25 [1,94]. All FACUs have their own, extensive and stabilized power supplies supervised by microprocessor systems in terms of output currents and voltages [96][97][98]. There are additional filters inside the power supply, which eliminate interference occurring within a power mains-e.g., harmonics [94,99,100].…”

“…[6,16,19]. The unreliability of individual electronic devices and systems, as well as the mistakes of operators supervising the operational process in real-time can lead to the occurrence of safety hazard or unreliability states [5,8,18,21]. The safety and risk theory answers, e.g.…”
