Abstract:Metal nanoclusters, created with atomic precision, are an exceptional class of ultrasmall molecule-like functional materials with wide applications in nonlinear nanophotonics. These ultrasmall clusters exhibit intriguing quantum size effects, leading to discrete energy levels and size-dependent optical and electronic properties.
