Abstract: IntroductionGuidelines on the management of pregnant individuals with von Willebrand disease (VWD) at the time of delivery recommend that von Willebrand factor (VWF) and factor VIII:C (FVIII:C) levels be ≥50% to prevent postpartum haemorrhage (PPH).
