Targeting glycogen synthase kinase 3 with CHIR99021 negatively regulates allergen‐induced mast cell activation

Abstract: Mast cells are granulated immune sentinels responsible for allergic inflammation. Allergen-induced FcεRI-signaling leads to rapid degranulation in the early-phase and sustained production and release of pro-inflammatory mediators in the late phase.
