Abstract:Lymphangiogenesis is vital for tissue fluid homeostasis, immune function, and lipid absorption. Disruption of this process is implicated in diseases such as cancer, inflammation, and autoimmune disorders. In this study, we elucidate the role of tsRNA-0032 in lymphangiogenesis and its molecular mechanisms. tsRNA-0032 expression is significantly diminished in corneal suture and LPS-induced human lymphatic endothelial cell (HLEC) models under inflammatory conditions. Overexpression of tsRNA-0032 suppresses lympha… Show more

scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
