Targeting Microtubules to Inhibit Angiogenesis and Disrupt Tumour Vasculature:Implications for Cancer Treatment

Abstract: Anticancer agents that interfere with tubulin functions are widely used in the clinic and have a broad spectrum of activity against both haematological malignancies and solid tumours.
