Abstract:Influenza A virus (IAV) remains a significant global public health threat, causing substantial illness and economic burden. Despite existing antiviral drugs, the emergence of resistant strains necessitates alternative therapeutic strategies. This review explores the complex interplay between the ubiquitin proteasome system (UPS) and IAV pathogenesis.
