Tarsal Sling: An Essential Stitch to Prevent Scleral Show in Lower Blepharoplasty

Abstract: Through quantitative analysis, the authors demonstrated the effectiveness of a simplified canthopexy procedure. Tarsal sling is an easy, quick, and efficacious procedure to prevent eyelid malposition after lower blepharoplasty.
