Teacher Appraisal Systems of Critical Incidents Experienced in Iranian EFL Classroom Context

Abstract: <p><em>This study sought to solicit, through the Geneva Appraisal Questionnaire (GAQ), Iranian EFL teachers’ emotional experiences and their ensuing control and authority practices.
