“…This finding is similar to Okeke and Van der Westhuizen's (2020) study, which highlights the importance of professional conversation among colleagues. A study by Msomi, Van der Westhuizen and Steenekamp (2016) established how workplace conversations provide opportunities for novice teachers to learn and improve their teaching experiences with colleagues.
