Teacher-perpetrated sexual harassment and student performance: roles of emotional exhaustion and neuroticism

Abstract: PurposeThis study examines the effects of teacher-perpetrated sexual harassment on graduate students' academic and extracurricular performance using conservation of resources theory as a framework.
