Teaching Hotel Management Using Gamification and Problem-Based Learning

Abstract: This case study explores the integration of problem-based learning into hotel management education. The study aims to enhance student engagement, motivation, teamwork, and problem-solving skills through a 15-session course that includes theoretical knowledge, practical application, and assessment phases.
