Technical pitfalls potentially affecting diagnoses in immunohistochemistry

Abstract: Result of the immunohistochemical reactions routinely used in diagnostic surgical pathology should be properly interpreted, since false results, related to technical and interpretative pitfalls may lead to incorrect diagnosis.
