“…The papers are based on human factors concerned, inter alia, studying and comparing the non-technical capabilities used by the pilots during the search and rescue operations and maritime operations, 26 as well as an analysis and an evaluation of mental strain of the pilots. 27 Whereas taking into account the strictly operational (technical) aspects, some authors 28 emphasised the scientific side of the evaluation of the technical condition of an object or its traffic parameters, 29,30 while others concentrated on the analysis and evaluation of the reliability of the system, [31][32][33][34] of the object, 10,13,17,26 its parts, 27,28 its process, 12,35,36 population renewal considering an exchange according to an age, 12,29 and planning the development and improvement of the safety of the objects. [37][38][39] A separate group of studies are the publications related to the optimisation of the location and allocation of the search and rescue boats (SAR) and helicopters 40,41 in order to increase the efficiency of the maritime missions, 42,43 or to process 44 and improve 45 an image.…”
