Abstract

The chemicals and reagent used in this study were ethanol, quercetin, aluminum chloride 10%, sodium acetate 1 M, water, Folin-Ciocalteu reagent, gallic acid, natrium hydroxide 1%, chloroform-saturated water, hydrochloric acid, and helium gas.
