The structure of new approach for performance evaluation with SCOR Model Purpose: The overall objective of this paper is to propose two novel approaches that based on the Supply Chain Operations Reference Model (SCOR), which is seen as a common method for supply chain performance evaluation, and to improve the implementation of SCORcard used to assess supplier performance. Theory and Methods: Two new approaches (Clustering-SCORcard, Weighted-SCORcard) have been proposed apart from SCORcard application by using the studied SCORcard model with clustering and Fuzzy Shannon's Entropy based alpha level methods. For cluster analysis, the k-means method, which is based on the representation of each unit in a cluster and representing the cluster with a center point, was used. For the Fuzzy Entropy-SCORcard approach, five evaluation criteria used in the SCOR model were weighted by using Fuzzy Shannon's Entropy based alpha level and a more specific assessment was made for the supply chain. Results: The methods used in the study are applied to a supply chain includes 54 suppliers. As a result of the application, it is obtained that each approach presents a new perspective in performance evaluation. According to the findings, since the clear distinctions can be made in the clustering analysis, the parity, advantage and upper values used in the SCORcard application have created significant differences. When the Fuzzy Shannon's Entropy based alpha level approach is examined, it is seen that parity, advantage and higher values differ according to the criteria. This results show positive effects of weighting on performance evaluation. Conclusion: Supplier performance is measured not only by sectoral views but also by more specific clusters and weighted assessments of the supply chain through new approaches. This assessment gives an idea about the area in which suppliers should make progress. The clustering study shows which suppliers should be more important for the firm, and considering the characteristics of the clusters, which issues should be developed by suppliers. Similarly, Fuzzy Shannon's Entropy based alpha level approach provides a performance evaluation with considering the weights of criteria that determined by the firm.
