Abstract:Ovarian cancer is a leading cause of death from gynecological cancers worldwide. Platinum-based chemotherapy provides the cornerstone of the medical management. In first line and subsequent relapses, maintenance strategies are offered to prolong intervals between lines of chemotherapy.
