Teledermatology in Low-Resource Settings: The MSF Experience with a Multilingual Tele-Expertise Platform

Abstract: Introduction: In 2010, Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) launched a tele-expertise system to improve the access to specialized clinical support for its field health workers.
