Telehealth—An Effective Delivery Method for Diabetes Self-Management Education?

Abstract: Diabetes is a chronic disease that is often comorbid with cardiovascular disease, hypertension, kidney disease, and neuropathy. Its management is complex, requiring ongoing clinical management, lifestyle changes, and self-care.
