Abstract: Purpose of the ReviewWe aimed to provide an overview of telemedical monitoring and its impact on outcomes among heart failure (HF) patients. Recent Findings Most HF readmissions may be prevented if clinical parameters are strictly controlled via telemedical monitoring.
