“…Although, receiving SL communication via digital media, such as television, has long been in existence prior to the emergence of Covid-19 (Adigun, Mosia, & Olujie, 2022;Gokce, 2018), receiving SL-interpreted lectures through internet-enabled computerized devices was a new and sudden phenomenon experienced by many Nigerian deaf students in higher education spaces during the Covid-19 pandemic.
