The article examines the impact of innovative technologies in the educational process of health care students. The results of a study on the impact of modern interactive technologies in the training of future health professionals are presented. Within one academic year, an experimental study was conducted with student volunteers, divided into two groups: students by traditional methods and students to whom the learning content is presented through a comprehensive interactive training system. The research is analyzed using mathematical methods and the results are presented in tabular form. The summarized results show the advantage of the presented innovative interactive learning system over the traditional way of conducting training and practical classes. A detailed analysis of the results shown was performed using analysis of variance. The conducted experimental research clearly shows that modern innovative educational technologies contribute to the construction of lasting, effective knowledge, skills, competencies and the acquisition of professional qualities.

The article examines the application, methods, and trends in online training of health care and medical professionals in Bulgaria. Attention is paid to modern methods for the effective application of online training and the extent to which online training can replace traditional training. The article presents the results of a survey for online training conducted in April 2021 at universities in Bulgaria Health Care professional field, specialty Nurse and Midwife. The results of the survey can serve to improve online education in Bulgaria by including in it educational resources recommended by respondents. The creation of new web-based educational resources (video materials, serious games, virtual simulations, video presentations, webinars, etc.) can complement the traditional methods of training in the students in the Health Care professional field, specialties Nurse and Midwives in Bulgaria.

Thе paper presents the inclusion of new innovative methods in medical education in Bulgaria. Recently, schools around the world have had to move to distance learning for their students. The use of modern technologies in the virtual classroom today is the most important part of the educational process. Effective modern devices, user-friendly platforms and appropriate educational pedagogical methods prove to be the key to excellent training. The inclusion of virtual teaching methods and serious educational games contributes to the conduct of high-level training and the formation of future medics of knowledge, skills and experience necessary for the formation of their professional qualities. The paper presents the results of a survey conducted among trainers and trainees at medical universities in Bulgaria. The analysis of the results shows the readiness of teachers and students to apply the methods of virtual learning and serious games in the educational process.
