:Optical fiber F-P temperature sensor with the advantages of stable structure, high precision, small volume, antielectromagnetic interference, light weight and low cost has potential application in the high temperature measurement of aerial engine. According to the high temperature condition of aero-engine, the F-P temperature sensor is designed based on multi-beam interference principle. The fabrication of optical fiber F-P temperature sensor is completed by means of face detection and microscopic measurement. In order to overcome the shortcomings of the traditional spectrometer demodulation system which is expensive and slow demodulation speed, the signal demodulation system of the sensor is designed with F-P filter and DSP as the core, which overcomes the limitation of the demodulation with traditional spectrometer.
