Abstract:The Mesozoic leucocratic granite in the northeastern margin of the Taebaeksan Basin was transformed to protomylonite and mylonite. Mylonitic foliations generally strike to NWWNW and dip to NE with the development of a sinistral strike-slip (top-to-the-northwest) shear sense.
