Temporalis muscle transfer with fascia lata sling: A novel technique for facial reanimation

Abstract: Bell's palsy is an idiopathic facial paralysis which is a lower motor neuron disorder. The ultimate goal of treatment is normalization of paralyzed hemi -face with symmetrical smile and face along with corneal protection.
