Abstract: Introduction: Cranio-Maxillofacial Dysplasias (CMD), including Craniofacial Microsomias, syndromes (such as Treacher Collins or Williams) and isolated Condylo-Mandibulo-Dysplasia, is a controversial subject with treatments as diverse as diagnostic classifications.
