Tendiendo puentes: la inclusión de género en las carreras de Ingeniería en Argentina

Abstract

Gender equality and the elimination of gender discrimination are crucial in engineering education in Argentina. Despite progress, challenges persist in the academic environment, including gender stereotypes and gender-related situations. Problems such as psychological and symbolic violence have been identified. The Federal Council of Deans of Engineering of the Argentine Republic (CONFEDI) is committed to addressing these issues and promoting an inclusive and equitable environment in engineering faculties. Sensitization and action are essential to achieve significant change.
