Abstract:RESUMENTeratocarcinosarcoma rinosinusal es una neoplasia maligna infrecuente y rara, que combina elementos de teratoma y carcinosarcoma. Se compone de epitelio benigno o maligno (fibroblastos), mesénquima (cartílago, hueso o músculo liso) y elementos neurales.
