Terminal Design of the Intelligent Data Acquisition System Based on USB Interface

Abstract: In this paper, the design of data acquisition system of intelligent community based on USB interface is developed, the method and process of design scheme, a set of data acquisition system composed of the United States of America Cygnal company's C8051F320 chip on the development, and proposes the implementation, through the practice has proved the feasibility of the scheme.

“…System software design includes two parts: firmware driver and PC driver. Firmware driver completes the control from USB interface to MCU I/O port [6][7][8] . USBXPress firmware library file of USBX_F34X.LIB, USB_API.h and C8051F340.h need to be called.…”

“…However, less work is reported concerning communication performance optimization and characteristics adaptation. Some researchers restrict their investigations to one-to-one communication systems, comprising a single host and a single device node [1], [2], [3], [4], [5]. Their solutions employ either a USB-to-UART adapter [1], an integrated circuit standalone USB device controller connected to an MCU [2], [3], or an MCU or SoC device with an integrated USB peripheral module [4], [5].…”

Performances of such systems, expressed in terms of data throughput or timing properties, are considered in [6], [7], [8], [9].…”
