Terminologia da Enfermagem caracterizadora da violência doméstica contra crianças e adolescentes

Abstract: The terminology selected focused on the individual biopsychic nexus and the historic manifestation of this phenomenon was partially identified in terms that appear less frequently in these articles, thereby explaining the contradiction between the formal identification logic of such terminology and the dialectic logic that recognizes the historic reasons for, and dynamicity of, such phenomena.

“…The evolution of the ICNP ® is well known, and terms are added at each issue (3) . In spite of advances, the results of several studies show a considerable amount of new terms used in nursing practice to different populations with the possibility of inclusion in the ICNP ® (23)(24)(25)(26)(27) . The percentages of different terms indicated in these studies range from 22.28 (27) to 68.76% (23) .…”

“…Scholars should make a commitment to complete the process necessary to submit new terms to the International Council of Nurses and propose the necessary modifications to avoid perpetuating the gaps. Terms classified as different from the ICNP ® have been repeatedly identified in studies that use cross-mapping (23)(24)(25)(26)(27)(28) but to date, have not yet been included in the ICNP ® .…”

“…The International Nurses Council encourages the production of terminological subsets for ICNP ® , with violence being the object of some of them (7)(8) ; however, since it is a terminology based on terms, definitions and concepts, it is necessary to deepen the meaning of the term, in order to include it in a subset. Thus, the following research guiding question was established: what is the application of the term domestic violence in the humanities, exact and health sciences?…”
