Ternary Memory Devices Based on Bipolar Copolymers with Naphthalene Benzimidazole Acceptors and Fluorene/Carbazole Donors

Abstract: Functional polymers show great potential in information storage applications. However, most of these polymer-based memory devices demonstrate limited capacity because of binary memory characteristic.
